We ONLY finance inside of Harris County, TX. Our financing is done in-house. Your land must be paid for in full with NO liens or taxes owed on the property. We take the 1st lien on your land until you pay your house note off in full. No pre-pay penalty. Payoff your loan on or before when the last payment is due. Our loans are 8 years and that means in 8 years (or less) you will have a paid in full home! Sometimes the HCAD values your house more than the price you paid for it, instant equity for you and also instant increase in property taxes. You must be prepared to have enough funds to bring the house up to City Code and livable within 5 months of delivery. You are responsible for the plumbing, electrical and HVAC hook-up. Inside the City of Houston you must hire a LICENSED plumber, electricain and HVAC installer and you will be responsible for paying them yourself. We sell our houses with the move price included inside of Harris County,TX. We include a few repairs and a block foundation and that is it. No hookups, no steps or handrails, no porches.
